To book your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip. We accept all major credit cards or cash and offer business accounts as well. You are welcome to pay the whole amount up front as your initial payment or pay half up front as a deposit and half before the trip commences. Your trip entails being charged from the first pick up point to the last drop off point.
Arbutus Limousine is proud to not add any hidden fees such as clean-up costs or fuel surcharges.
Once a vehicle is reserved and the deposit (50% of the booking) has been paid any cancellation will result in a 25% forfeiture of that deposit. All cancellations must be received two (2) weeks prior to the reservation date to avoid forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.
Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation of excellent service. A 15% gratuity is standard.
Gift certificates are available. They are non-refundable. You must bring your gift certificate with you if you wish to use it to pay for your treatments or services. If you do not have your gift certificate with you, you are welcome to use it for your next visit.
